Docking Devils was formed in 2005 by Iain Kissock, Huw Griffiths and Ricky Ramshaw with the aim of providing the children of the village with a local football club in which they could improve their football skills, feel a sense of community through representing their village and, most importantly, enjoy sport as part of their recreational activities.

All our coaches are expected to undertake an FA coaching course at Level 1 or above, to be first aid trained and to have been CRB checked.

We currently have six Level 1 qualified coaches and two Level 2 qualified coaches, offering football coaching to children from the age of three upwards.

Docking Devils FC attained FA Charter Standard status in September 2006. The Charter Standard Scheme is a best practice guide that sets standards of coaching, administration and child protection for clubs working with young people.

With that in mind, Docking Devils has set out a code of conduct for coaches, players, parents and spectators at the club, which can be found within the pages of this website by clicking the appropriate links.

On registering with Docking Devils, each player is issued with a copy of these codes of conduct, which the player and his/her parents are expected to read, sign and adhere to during their time with the club.

It is our hope and aim that the time the children spend at Docking Devils FC is enjoyable for them, for the parents and for the spectators. We provide a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with the focus on getting pleasure and satisfaction from the game.

Training Sessions

Our training sessions run from 10.30am to midday on Sundays or from 4.30pm to 6pm on Thursdays, depending on the child's age group. Children are coached in groups according to age to ensure they get the maximum enjoyment from their sessions.

Fees

Training sessions are charged at £1 per child per session.

Club Membership is charged depending on whether the child is playing league football for the club or just attending training sessions.

Full Club Membership (for a child registered to play league football for the club) is charged at £10 per annum.

Standard Membership (for a child attending training but not registered to play league football for the club) is charged at £5 per annum.

Membership fees are payable on registering a child with Docking Devils FC.
